Everything about this place was amazing! Long driveway to a private house. Quiet, beautiful yard, and pond in the back with a fountain. The hot tub was great. They had a bunch of inside and outside games. There was a lot of room so even with 10 guests, it never felt crowded and there's also 2 different living areas to hang out in. The owner even got us these delicious cookies delivered:) I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here for my bachelorette trip! It was more than we could've ever expected, the home and property was stunning. We wish we have more time here! It was in a perfect location for the wine trails and close to many great restaurants/bars. The hosts were amazing and responded so quickly to us anytime we had a question. 10/10 recommend and we hope to be back someday.

This place was amazing. The pool was so relaxing and maintained. The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful. The inside of the cabin was stocked , a culinary kit hen, the beds were so comfortable, this place is paradise.

The most BEAUTIFUL place we have ever stayed! It was truly amazing. The pool and hot tub were awesome and enjoyed by our group. The place was huge, spotless, and has very high end amenities and appliances. Kasia was SO great and responsive, we had a surprise birthday party and she even sent flowers and a balloon and coffee! Best host ever. Book this place immediately!

Everything was perfect! Frank and Kasia were friendly and responsive. Their home was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect girls weekend Retreat. We enjoyed the hot tub, and pond views, and tons of deer on the property! Just a short drive to Ball Knob Cross, tons of hiking trails, and wineries. Highly recommend! The kitchen was fantastic to cook in. Everything you could ever need! Our only complaint is that we should have stayed longer!

Found this gem by accident. We were looking for something close to home but wanted to feel like we were on a resort. This cabin was exactly what we needed- high end and extremely private. Don't pack much because they provide just about everything! We enjoyed watching all the wild life and listening to the kids giggle while playing in the pool - just a relaxing time and making new memories. Very close to town if you need to grab incidentals or try some local restaurants. We will definitely be returning and already planning our next trip. You will enjoy the hosts Kathy & Frank - very attentive!

Was a great family getaway had lots of fun!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Embers! To start, the home is exquisitely charming and the setting is surreal! We were in the area to attend our daughters graduation from SIU so we needed a family friendly space where our extended family and friends could stay together. There were ten of us in our group, including four children, and at no point did we feel cramped. Between the pool table, the various board games available, the swimming pool, the outdoor fire pit, and hot tub, there was plenty to do! Everyone was fully engaged with each other, no one was thinking about video games or television (not even the kids ages 7-16). Embers is the absolute perfect place to unplug and unwind, I only wish we would have had time to explore the property and fish the pond. Kasia and Frank are the ideal hosts, striving for their guests to have the most amazing AirB&B experience! If I wasn't running out of my review word count limit I could go... In summary, 1000% recommend!

We had a large group of 11 women. Every single one of us absolutely loved the property. The host was always in communication. Helped when needed & made some wonderful recommendations. This place is the best vrbo our group has ever stayed. I did such a great job finding this amazing vrbo I am now in charge of finding the place every annual girls trip!
